    • Opportunity designed to teach skills and techniques specific to your own level and curriculum. There's also a sparring & tactical fighting component to this class, helping P3 practitioners and above learn and understand technical, physical, mental sparring techniques plus other tactical fighting scenarios and skillsets.

    • Highly intensive environment! Heavy focus on fitness, endurance and cardio with Krav Maga curriculum mixed.
