Our Youth program is geared towards providing a safe and fun space for your child - instilling self confidence and the knowledge of how to defend themselves and their loved ones.
Our Youth programs cater to students from ages 6 to 17 years old. We help them learn how to deter, prevent and solve problems in school and outside, from dealing with bullies to strangers who approach them.
Our classes will help them do this in a safe and fun environment through games and develop confidence in their ability to defend themselves and their loved ones.
There are 2 types of classes available, free & easy and terms. The free & easy classes are available to all members and can be booked through the app. The terms classes are dedicated fixed weekly classes that have structured content. They will be available to book on a first come first serve bases when the term begins for each group. Contact us for more information.

In an adult Krav Maga class, students will learn a variety of self-defence techniques and strategies. The class will typically begin with a warm-up and stretching, followed by instruction and practice of various techniques. These may include strikes, kicks, throws, and other offensive and defensive movements.
Instructors will typically demonstrate techniques and then have students practice them with a partner or group. Classes may also include drills and controlled sparring, where students can practice techniques in a more simulated self-defence scenario.
In addition to physical techniques, Krav Maga training also includes instruction on situational awareness, stress management, and other mental and emotional skills.
Classes are structured in a way that is accessible to students of all skill levels, with progressions and modifications offered to accommodate different abilities. The goal of Krav Maga training is to help students become confident and capable in their ability to defend themselves in real-world situations.
